About
A Saint Pauls company that stopped climbing roofs
Finish One started in flooring and site work. Exterior cleaning kept coming down to one problem: getting someone safely to the surface. Aerial washing solves it by not sending anyone up.
Who shows up
We're a small local crew. The person who quotes your job is the person who flies it. You'll have a direct phone number, not a call center, and you'll get the drone footage of your own roof when we're done.
We serve homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and facility teams across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. Based in Saint Pauls, NC.
Nobody on your roof
The pilot stays on the ground with a live camera view. No ladders, no lifts, no foot traffic on shingles.
Soft wash, never pressure
Low-pressure cleaning solution kills algae at the root. Roofs stay clean for years, not months.
You get the footage
Every job comes with drone before-and-after video of the whole surface, not just what you can see from the yard.
Quote in writing first
You see the scope and the number in writing before anything is scheduled. Travel for regional jobs is quoted up front.
